The HEIDENHAIN Service department offers professional and individualized support for machine manufacturers and users throughout the service life of a machine. We provide services in areas ranging from the design phase of a new machine and field servicing all the way to optimization and retrofitting support. The Helpline provides you with five technical support areas working together to find solutions.
The HEIDENHAIN Helpline receives 5000 calls every year. Whether by phone or e-mail, in WebEx sessions, or through remote servicing, we work with you to find solutions. With our theoretical and practical expertise, we can also support you on-site with troubleshooting on the machine.
